About this file

This is a Technical Proposal Response template for the Telematic Asset Tracking Services and Related Equipment RFP issued by the Florida Department of Management Services (RFP No. 26-25173107-RFP). The RFP seeks to establish a State Term Contract for telematics asset tracking services and related equipment, with the Department intending to make multiple statewide awards, though it reserves the right to award to one or multiple respondents on a statewide or regional basis, or to make no award at its discretion. Respondents must submit their proposals through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Event via the SAP Business Network, with monitoring of the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) required throughout the procurement process for updates and decisions. The template requires respondents to provide detailed responses to two prompts: Prompt 1 addresses the vendor's experience in delivering telematic asset tracking services and related equipment (maximum 10,000 characters), and Prompt 2 addresses the proposed solution including capacity for statewide delivery, organizational staffing, delivery model, technical and operational capabilities, OEM partnerships, and overall ability to perform required services (maximum 20,000 characters).

This technical proposal response template strictly controls the format and content parameters, requiring respondents to use only the designated response fields without alterations to character limits or other restrictions, with any additional files, links, or information outside the response blocks excluded from evaluation. Respondents are directed not to include resumes or supplementary documentation. The Procurement Officer is Nicole Walker of the Division of State Purchasing, Florida Department of Management Services, located at 4050 Esplanade Way, Suite 360, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0950, with communications directed to Nicole.Walker@dms.fl.gov and requiring the solicitation number in the email subject line. The template incorporates definitions from Attachment A (Scope of Work), Section 3.2 (Contractor Requirements) and Section 3.2.2 (Hardware and Related Equipment) by reference.
