About this file
This is a Certification of Drug Free Workplace attestation form required by the Florida Department of Management Services for the Contact Center Services RFP (RFP No. 26-83111500-RFP). Respondents must certify compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act and commit to maintaining a drug-free workplace throughout the contract term. The certification must be signed and submitted as part of the proposal package by the deadline of 10:00 AM Eastern Time on March 17, 2026. This attestation is a mandatory responsiveness requirement for all vendors bidding on the statewide contact center services contract, which has an initial three-year term with potential renewal options.
The Drug Free Workplace Certification requires vendors to declare that they will comply with all applicable federal and state drug-free workplace laws and regulations and will ensure that employees and subcontractors working on the contract maintain a drug-free environment. Vendors must acknowledge their understanding of the consequences of non-compliance, including potential contract termination and debarment from future state procurements. This certification applies to all proposed subcontractors as well, and vendors must include documentation of compliance from any subcontractors as part of their proposal submission.
