About this file

This document contains a contractor acceptance inspection checklist and draft solicitation for battery replacement services at Federal Aviation Administration facilities. The inspection checklist outlines requirements for battery, ventilation, and monitoring system installation and documentation. Contractors must conduct testing and provide baseline data, commissioning reports, and equipment documentation. The draft solicitation seeks proposals for supply, replacement, and repair of battery systems nationwide. A multiple award contract with firm fixed price and labor hour pricing is anticipated for work performed according to specifications. The NAICS code is 335910 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Offerors must register in SAM and the FAA may communicate with respondents. The agency will not be liable for costs and the document is not a commitment.
