About this file
This file is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) attachment that specifies the documentation and reporting deliverables required under the TRICARE Medicare Eligible Program Second Generation (TMEP2) contract. The CDRL establishes the types, formats, frequencies, and delivery schedules for all data submissions, reports, and compliance documentation that the contractor must provide to the Defense Health Agency throughout the performance period.
The CDRL defines mandatory deliverables across operational, financial, and administrative categories, including claims processing reports, encounter data submissions, provider certification documentation, customer support metrics, financial statements, and program compliance certifications. Each deliverable entry specifies the data requirements, submission frequency (ranging from monthly to quarterly to annual), delivery method, and approval authority. The contractor is obligated to submit all CDRL items on schedule as a condition of contract performance, with non-compliance potentially affecting payment or contract status. These requirements apply across all geographic service areas including the continental United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands, and must be maintained throughout the eight-and-a-half-year period of performance encompassing the transition-in, seven operational years, transition-out, and optional six-month extension phases.
