About this file

This document is an Attachment E - Small Business Participation Commitment Document (SBPCD) for a federal contract opportunity. The SBPCD requires the offeror to provide information on their commitment to subcontract with small businesses, including the total contract value, amount of work to be self-performed, and amount to be subcontracted. The offeror must identify the dollar value and percentage of the total contract value that will be subcontracted to various small business categories, including small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The minimum total small business subcontracting requirement for this contract is 20%, and if this minimum is not met, a detailed explanation is required. The document also instructs the offeror to identify any small business subcontractors with firm commitments in place. This SBPCD supports the evaluation of the small business utilization and participation factor for the solicitation N4008524R2531 for the construction of a maintenance facility and Marine Air Group Headquarters at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina.
