About this file

This document is an OMWESB Outreach Plan related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Oregon for an Economic Development Management System (EDMS). The RFP seeks up to five qualified contractors to implement a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that will allow Business Oregon to manage its programs and services, customer and business data, and provide a secure portal for Oregonians to access agency services. The RFP covers jurisdictions including Marion County and the City of Salem. Proposers must indicate if they are an Oregon certified firm, list any certified firms they have had a contractual relationship with in the last two years, and describe the steps they will take to solicit certified firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract.

The document also requires proposers to indicate if they foresee any subcontracting opportunities, describe those opportunities and their approximate dollar value, and state whether they would be willing to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract. The information submitted in response to this plan will not be considered in the scored evaluation.
