The permit grants authorization for archaeological fieldwork and collection of archaeological objects within specified lands owned or managed by the Oregon Parks & Recreation Department in Tillamook County. The permit is active for one year and one day, with all terms and conditions required to be satisfied within two years and one day from the date signed. The permit outlines the scope of authorized activities, supervisory responsibilities, compliance with federal, state and local laws, conditions set by the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, and requirements for record-keeping, reporting, and curation of recovered archaeological materials.
