ATTACHMENT C - PRICE SCHEDULE

MCBQ B2032 Repair HVAC Systems

Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia

ITEM DESCRIPTION

CLIN 0001 Base Bid

Basis of the offer for Item 0001 shall be the entire work completed in accordance with the

RFP N40080-22-R-1007 for B2032 Repair HVAC Systems, Marine Corps Base

Quantico, Virginia and associated SOW, Drawings, attachments and any subsequent

Amendments.

TOTAL PRICE, CLIN 0001 $_________________________

GENERAL PROPOSAL NOTES:

1. A firm fixed proposed price is required for CLIN 0001. No provision is made for economic price adjustment.

2. The Government may reject an offer as nonresponsive if it is materially unbalanced as to prices for the basic requirement and the option quantities. An offer is unbalanced when it is based on prices significantly less than cost for some work and prices which are significantly overstated for other work.

3. Consequently, the Performance Bond must reflect 100 percent of the aggregate amount of all Items.

4. Include all costs for shipping and packaging in the base bid amount with the exclusion of any shipping and packaging done by the Government.

5. Bids will be accepted only from United States of America Contractors. Manpower requirements include Contractor and subcontractors.

6. U.S. Contractor: To qualify as a U.S. Contractor, the firm (or if a joint venture, members of the joint venture) must be incorporated in the United States, and must comply with the following:

a) The principal place of business and corporate headquarters must be in the United States.

b) The firm must have paid corporate franchise and employment taxes in the United States for a minimum of 2 years. The firm must have filed state and federal income tax declarations for a minimum of 2 corporate years and paid any applicable taxes determined to be due as a result of such filing.

c) The firm must employ U.S. citizens in key management positions.

7. Joint Ventures: Joint ventures will be permitted provided that members of the joint venture meet the specified requirements for a U.S. Contractor

8. Offeror shall provide a price for all items on the Bid Schedule. Failure to propose on all items may result in your proposal being rejected as non-responsive.

9. The Offeror’s price shall be valid for 120 days from the receipt of proposals.
