About this file

This document is a Contractor Performance Questionnaire for the FBI Redstone Job Order Contract (Solicitation 15F06725R0000021). The questionnaire is designed to evaluate a contractor's past performance across multiple dimensions, including project history, management effectiveness, quality of service, timeliness, quality control, customer satisfaction, and compliance with environmental, labor, and safety requirements.

The performance assessment uses a rating scale of Acceptable (A), Unacceptable (UA), or Not Applicable (N/A) to score the contractor's performance in key areas such as completing construction and renovation efforts (ranging from $2,000 to $750,000), managing professional teams, meeting project budgets, providing timely submittals, maintaining workmanship standards, adhering to schedules, and responding to customer needs. The form allows the evaluator to provide detailed comments and ultimately recommend whether they would award another contract to the contractor based on their overall performance.
