About this file
This document is a Joint Venture Partner/Subcontractor Consent Letter template for releasing past performance information to a prime contractor. The template is specifically designed for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Redstone Job Order Contract (Solicitation 15F06725R0000021), a competitive local 8(a) set-aside contract. The form allows joint venture partners or subcontractors to provide consent for the government to share their past performance information with the prime contractor during the source selection process, facilitating a comprehensive performance confidence assessment.
The consent letter serves as a mechanism for joint venture partners or major subcontractors to authorize the disclosure of their performance history, which is crucial for the government's evaluation team in assessing past performance relevancy and confidence. By signing this document, the partners acknowledge the government's emphasis on past performance in obtaining best value and agree to allow the prime contractor to discuss their performance information during the source selection process.

JOINT VENTURE PARTNER / SUBCONTRACTOR CONSENT LETTER
FOR THE RELEASE OF PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR
Past performance information concerning joint venture partners/subcontractors cannot be disclosed to a private party without the joint venture partners/subcontractor’s consent.
Because a prime contractor is a private party, the Government will need that consent before disclosing joint venture partners / subcontractors past and present performance information to the prime contractor during exchanges. To assist the Government’s Past Performance evaluation team in assessing your recent past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the joint venture partners / major subcontractors identified in your proposal. The completed consent letters should be submitted as part of your Past Performance Volume.
