Instructions - Cost/Price Workbook
Offerors are to populate the unit price when applicable or the amount cells within the TEP Tab except for the CLINs where NTE amounts have already been provided, or if the CLIN has been identified as Not Seperately priced (NSP).
The prepopulated dollar values are derived from Government estimates of cost-reimbursable type effort. These estimates will be included within the Total Evaluated Price, but are only estimates and are not to be edited by the offeror. The optional 6 month extension will be automatically calculated by multiplying the previous ordering period by one half.
The Total Evaluated Price (TEP) will be automatically calculated and includes the sum of all of the proposed FFP CLINs and the pre-populated values provided by the Government.
All direct labor and all indirect costs shall be priced in accordance with (IAW) the Rate Schedules set forth in this workbook. All direct and indirect not-to-exceed caps shall be binding for the length of the contract period and extend to include any TO or TO option period. These rates represent the burdened labor rates for each labor category and will apply to all related direct labor hours to be applied throughout the effective period of the contract. The fully burdened hourly rates represent not-to-exceed cap rates.
The burdened labor rates shall include all direct, indirect (fringe and overhead), general and administrative costs, other Offeror-specific applicable costs, and profit .
