The Contractor shall deliver minutes through the IPT process NLT 10 calendar days after the corresponding event. USG comments on the briefing package content will be made through the IPT within 7 calendar days of receipt. The Contractor shall deliver the final presentation updated IAW the review event NLT 14 calendar days after the conclusion of the event.

Block 2: GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY INVENTORY AND FORECASTING REPORT

Block 12: 60 DACA (Days After Contract Award)

The Contractor shall maintain a Property Management System (PMS) for Government Furnished Property and Contractor Acquired Property CAP in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. The Contractor shall develop a PMS that will address all aspects in detail if applicable to the contract. The Contractor will have 45 days to compile and submit the PMS to the Contracting Officer for review. The PMS shall entail written procedures and official property record of system shall contain procedures for acquisition, receiving, identification, records, reports, storage, movement, audits, physical inventories, consumption, utilization, maintenance, subcontractor control, self audits, disposition, and contract closeout of GFP in accordance with sound business practices and applicable provisions and other contractually imposed requirements. The PMS will be provided by Contractors management and reviewed by the Property Administrator and approved by the Contracting Officer (in writing) and during the life of this contract. Any and all changes to the PMS must be approved by the Contracting Officer in writing, prior to implementation.

The Contractor procedures shall address (if applicable) to the contract and scope of work. The PMS will be used in a Property Management System Analysis. Contractor shall also use USG Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment if required.

The Government Furnished Property Master Report (MR) will be a combined multi-part Excel spreadsheet report. Government Furnished Property (GFP) to include purchase of all Contractor Acquired Property (CAP). Each report will have it owns book in Excel that tracks all Purchase Orders of each type of Government Furnished Property (GFP) detailed by Government Property classification (i.e., Equipment, Material, Special Test Equipment and Special Tooling), Track monthly physical inventories of GFP, Consumption Report of Materials, Gains of GFP, Losses of GFP, yearly GFP Utilization Report and PCARSS Cases. Contractor shall also use USG Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment if required.

2. BLOCK 4: DI-MGMT-82000A. The DIACAP and/or RMF artifacts shall be delivered in a format approved by the Governments Designated Accrediting Authority (DAA), Authorizing Official (AO), or Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).

3. BLOCK 8:

A. The government will have 30 calendar days for review and acceptance or rejection of each submission.

B. If disapproved, the contractor shall revise IAW comments and Resubmit NLT 15 calendar days after receipt of comments.

4. BLOCK 9:

Distribution authorized to department of defense and U.S. DOD contractors only due to administrative or operational use effective 06/15/2023. Other requests for this document shall be referred to requiring office.

BLOCK 10 and 12: Shall be due 30 calendar days after receipt of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).

BLOCK 13: Complete CDRL shall be due 30 calendar days after the first day of each option year or when requested by the USG.

BLOCK 14: The CDRL deliverable and its Receiving Report shall be submitted via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) module, which is located within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), IAW contract clauses set forth in Section "G" Contract Administration Data. The deliverables shall also be sent via encrypted email to the Contracting Officer Representatives (COR)/ Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR), Procuring Contracting Officer and the Contract Specialist designated in Section F of the contract.
