About this file
This document provides instructions for completing a pricing spreadsheet for a federal contract opportunity, likely related to engineering and maintenance services. Offerors are required to fill in yellow-highlighted Excel fields, including estimated annual hours for various engineering technician levels across multiple contract years, bare cost hourly rates for each technician level, overhead and profit percentages, and a bare cost estimate for a specific "Seed Project". The spreadsheet covers Year 1 through Option Year 6, with mandatory entries for Control and Chiller Tech hours. All yellow-highlighted fields will be considered firm pricing and firm overhead & profit for the contract's duration, and offerors must reference PWS Appendices I (Equipment List), O (Preventative Maintenance Task List), J, and M, as well as Section 3.3.3 and 4.2 of the Performance Work Statement when completing the pricing document.
