About this file
The document is an Attachment for Self-Performed Work Calculations related to a Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation (36C25725R0051) for a construction project involving renovation of a pre-engineered metal building. The attachment provides a template for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to calculate their self-performed work percentages, with specific instructions that the prime SDVOSB contractor cannot subcontract more than 15% of the contract value (excluding materials) to non-VetCert firms. The calculation requires offerors to input their total proposed price, amount projected to non-VetCert SDVOSBs, and compute percentages of estimated work performed by the prime contractor versus subcontractors.
