LIQUIDATED DAMAGES
DETERMINATION OF LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:
The estimated damages for the 673rd Civil Engineering Office for first and last days of delay beyond the project completion date are:
1. Inspector 2 hours/day @ $47.92/hour = $ 95.84
2. Project Engineer 2 hours/day @ $57.50/hour = $ 115.00
3. Chief of Engineering 1 hour/day @ $85.05/hour = $ 85.05
Total Civil Engineering Cost = $295.89X2 days= $591.78
The estimated damages for the 673rd Civil Engineering Office for all other days other than the first and last days of delay beyond the project completion date are:
1. Inspector 2 hours/day @ $47.92/hour = $95.84
2. Project Engineer 2 hours/day @ $57.50/hour = $115.00
Total Civil Engineering Cost = $210.84/day
