15A00023R00000085
The Government may award without discussions with the offeror; therefore, the offeror is cautioned to examine the Request for Proposal (RFP) in its entirety and to ensure that its Proposal is complete, containing all necessary information/all required documentation, in all respects. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions and to permit the offeror to revise its Proposal.
If the Offer is received after the time and date specified for receipt, it will be considered LATE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the offeror whose Proposal is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Only the lowest priced proposal will be reviewed for technical acceptability. If it’s found to be technically acceptable, award will be made to that offeror without further evaluation of the other proposals received. If the proposal is technically unacceptable, then the next lowest priced proposal will be evaluated for technical acceptability until a technically acceptable proposal is found.
