About this file
This delivery order statement of work outlines content conversion requirements for several Navy ratings to support the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning initiative. The contractor will design, develop, test and deliver interactive multimedia instruction and complex media courseware for the Master at Arms, Aviation Machinist's Mate, and Aviation Structural Mechanic ratings across various rating paths and platforms. Specific deliverables include software documentation, training products, media source files and CD-ROMs/DVDs of the finished courseware, per the numerous contract data requirements lists. Products must meet Navy e-Learning standards and be functional on standalone NMCI systems and the TRANET network. The delivery schedule ranges from 24 to 36 months following award. In progress reviews and biweekly integration product team meetings will occur at the contractor's facility. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division will administer the contract.
