The CDRL identifies twelve specific deliverables with designated frequencies and Government action requirements. Key deliverables include: Implementation and Modernization Plan (CDRL001), Solution Architecture and Design Documentation (CDRL002), Business Rules and Configuration Documentation (CDRL003), Interface Control Documentation (CDRL004), Configuration and Release Management Documentation (CDRL005), Test and Validation Documentation (CDRL006), Security and Compliance Documentation (CDRL007), Operations and Administration Documentation (CDRL008), Training and Knowledge Transfer Materials (CDRL009), Executive Reporting, Dashboard, and Analytics Configuration (CDRL010), Deployment and Transition Plan (CDRL011), and Operations, Maintenance, Sustainment, and Continuous Improvement Plan (CDRL012). Deliverables must be submitted electronically in formats compatible with Government information systems, prepared using commercially accepted documentation standards, and maintained throughout contract performance. The Contractor is responsible for version control, revision tracking, correcting Government-identified deficiencies at no additional cost, and maintaining current versions reflecting all Government-approved business rules, configuration changes, and implemented functionality. Government review and acceptance are provided by the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer's Representative, with acceptance not relieving the Contractor of responsibility for technical accuracy, completeness, quality, or latent defects discovered after acceptance.
