The contractor will produce several life-sized figural sculptures and scenic elements depicting outdoor recreation on the New River. Products required include cast resin figures of a kayaker and rock climber outfitted with appropriate safety gear, as well as scenic representations of a waterfall, coal mine, and riverbed housing enlarged models of macroinvertebrates. Additional requirements comprise model trains, a scenic shovel graphic, and fabricated structures like a mine cart. Materials, colors, and placement are specified in detail. The contractor must source approved equipment, adhere to provided models, and strategically remove branding from bought items. Fabrication is to follow drawings in the package by the specified dates for the National Park Service project.
