About this file

This document is a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) Application Form for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) solicitation 6973GH-25-R-00167, seeking construction service contractors for Unstaffed Infrastructure Sustainment (UIS) facilities across various U.S. locations. The application covers multiple construction categories including antenna tower installations, HVAC replacements, roof replacements, electrical work, paving, fencing, painting, and construction services on navigational and communication facilities. Applicants must submit a comprehensive application package that includes a capability statement, two past performance survey forms for each construction category, and detailed responses to experience and performance-related questions.

The QVL application requires contractors to provide comprehensive company information, demonstrate relevant experience working on airport grounds, and disclose any past contract performance issues or legal challenges. Contractors must specify their geographic service areas, capability to pass background checks, and provide detailed documentation of previous federal, state, local, or private sector contract work. The application emphasizes thorough documentation, with strict requirements that incomplete or untruthful submissions may be rejected as non-responsive. The goal is to establish a pool of qualified vendors for construction services on FAA infrastructure across various locations in the United States and potentially other countries.
