SCOPE OF WORK
DEPOT-WIDE MINOR CONSTRUCTION
MULTIPLE AWARD INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ)
MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC)

1.0. General
1.1 Scope of Work. This is a non-personal services contract to provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to successfully perform task orders (TO) awarded against this Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Task Order Contract (MATOC) for exclusive use by Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Work includes, but is not limited to depot-wide minor construction, repairs, maintenance alterations, emergency services and/or renovations. The contractor shall complete all work and services under this contract in accordance with schedules that are established in each task order.
1.2 Requirements. MATOC awardees shall be required to comply with the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) Installation Design Guide (IDG) Master Spec Combo 179152IDG, incorporated into this SOW, on all resultant task orders (TO). Contractors shall have the capability of 24 hour response, when necessary to support ongoing task orders, even if task orders (TO) do not specifically state this requirement.
1.3 Ordering Period: The contract ordering period shall be for five (5) years beginning October 2021 through September 2026.
1.4 Notice to Proceed (NTP). Post notification of MATOC award and upon award of TO, after acceptance and approval of the bonds and insurance, a NTP will be issued.
1.5. Duration of Project. Each firm-fixed price task order awarded will delineate its own individual performance period. Upon award of Bid Options, the POP may be adjusted for performance of Options.
1.6 Specifications. Detailed specifications shall be submitted as part of the design submission described in the individual TO specifications in the event a TO is issued as a design build project. Utilize Specs Intact and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) for applicable specification sections relating to the project.
TYAD IDG Master Spec Combo 179152IDG is included in the base award specifications and will be utilized for all TYAD task orders (TOs) associated with this MATOC IDIQ.
