About this file
This is an Application Narrative attachment for the Oregon Department of Education's Career and Technical Education (CTE) Revitalization Grant program for the 2025-2027 funding cycle. The document serves as a required component of applications submitted by Oregon public school districts, Educational Service Districts (ESDs), and public charter schools seeking to develop, expand, and enhance CTE Programs of Study that align with high-skill, high-wage, and in-demand occupations. Applications must be submitted electronically via Smartsheet by the deadline specified in the Request for Applications (RFA), with awards anticipated to support programs over a two-year period from 2025 through 2027.
The application narrative attachment establishes the framework for applicants to articulate their proposed CTE program initiatives, organizational capacity, and alignment with workforce development priorities. Eligible recipients must be Oregon public educational entities, and funding is contingent upon demonstrated need, program quality, and alignment with state career and technical education priorities. Additional details regarding specific funding amounts, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and complete application procedures are contained within the full RFA documentation.
