About this file
This is a Statement of Requirement for a federal procurement by the Department of the Air Force, 179th Cyberspace Wing located at Mansfield Air National Guard Base in Ohio. The project involves the provision and installation of three prefabricated 16-foot octagon gazebos at three separate locations on the base: behind building 420A DFAC, near building 403/409, and near building 412.
Each gazebo must feature vinyl or composite construction with composite raised flooring and railing in medium brown posts, railing, and eaves; a dark brown metal pitched roof capable of withstanding 100 mph wind gusts; dark brown raised composite flooring; and built-in vinyl or composite benches in matching medium brown. No painted exposed materials are permitted. The contractor is responsible for delivery, installation, and anchoring of all three gazebos to grass or open areas. All contractor and subcontractor personnel requiring base access must complete a Security Access Form for background check clearance and complete antiterrorism training, both accomplished post-award. While site visits are not mandatory, they are highly encouraged due to delivery requirements, with FAR 52.237-1 (Site Visit) provision applicable to contractors who do not attend.
