About this file
This document is a Technical Exhibit that describes the chilled water services required under the RIA HVAC Services contract. It outlines the full-service visits for chemical water treatment of open and closed cooling water loops. This includes monthly testing and monitoring of the cooling tower water, making necessary adjustments to system set points and chemical feed, and cleaning system components. The services also include laboratory analysis support for on-site testing and troubleshooting. The cost for air filters, lubricants, belts, and coil cleaning supplies should be included in the bid for Preventive Maintenance. This Technical Exhibit is an attachment to the RIA HVAC Services solicitation, which is seeking proposals for HVAC&R systems maintenance and repair services at the Rock Island Arsenal.
