Interested parties may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration, though the solicitation is non-competitive. The document also describes 32-bit and 64-bit versions of a DoD ISO-18000-7 Hardwire Reference Driver developed using the Common Abstract Interface to communicate with RFID transponders over USB using the defined DoD protocol.
