The contractor shall provide non-personal services to operate, maintain, and support the PARCS radar system at Cavalier Space Force Station, North Dakota. Services include management of radar and mission computer maintenance, civil engineering, environmental functions, security, logistics, and sensitive and non-sensitive communications. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, administrative, and managerial resources on a continuous 24/7 basis to meet station operations and maintenance requirements as specified in the PWS. Support shall also be provided for system upgrades and modifications, as well as day-to-day support services, and the contractor will support organizational level maintenance on accepted upgrades and modifications.

| 1. PWS paragraphs are listed in column A - Add Your Proposed Positions in the columns to the right (B, C, D, etc) until all proposed positions are included within the staffing matrix. Do not include the Government Provided Examples. Include the following for each labor category or position number proposed: |
