About this file
This document contains a pricing and professional compensation matrix template and instructions for its completion. It requires offerors to provide pricing and labor rates for professional staff supporting the operation and maintenance of radars located on United States Naval Ships. Offerors must complete all green cells in the matrix, including the prime and subcontractor names, labor categories, full time equivalents, base hourly rates exclusive of other costs, and fringe rate percentages. Yellow cells will automatically calculate. Offerors must map their labor categories and salary support documentation to the government's labor categories. The salary support data should be included in the compensation plan narrative and come from sources like Salary.com or the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This acquisition will be conducted under solicitation number FA702221R0002 to support the Air Force Technical Applications Center and provide non-personal services for the operation and maintenance of radars located on United States Naval Ships for the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command.

Offerors shall map proposed offeror labor categories (to include Subcontractors) to the corresponding Government labor category if they are different from the Government’s labor category, and also map salary support documentation to each proposed labor category.
Map all offeror's (including Subcontractors) labor categories to the Government labor categories and to Offerors salary support data in the “Labor Rate Support Data” (Column H), “Atch14 Professional Comp Matrix”.
If an offeror has more than one (1) labor category nomenclature that corresponds to a Government labor category, use the “Labor Rate Support Data” (Column H), “Atch14 Professional Comp Matrix” to map all of the offeror's labor categories to the corresponding Government labor categories and to the offeror’s salary support data.
If proposing more than one (1) of the offeror’s labor category/rate for a single Government labor category, provide the offeror’s categories and the calculations used to develop the base labor rate for each specific Government labor category.
Offeror shall provide salary support data from recent surveys and/or studies from professional, public, and private organizations (e.g., Salary.com, Bureau of Labor Statistics, etc.) used to support the proposed compensation.
