About this file

This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a Small Business Utilization Report, to be submitted on a semi-annual basis throughout the period of performance. The report must include subcontract awards to various small business categories.

The federal contract opportunity is for range support services at Melrose Air Force Range. The contractor will provide operations and maintenance across nine regimes to support training and readiness activities at the range. Responsibilities include facility maintenance, range operations and scheduling, wildland fire management, paramedic services, and more. The single-award contract has a one-year base period and three one-year options, with an anticipated notice to proceed of February 2022. A pre-proposal site visit was held in February 2021 to address questions on the solicitation.
