MAFR consists of 70,010 acres containing target arrays, MOUT sites, LZs, dudded and inert impact areas, threat simulators, weapons scoring systems, and provides Service Class A and C range capabilities in support of DoD and non-interfering civilian agency training requirements. A pre-proposal site visit will be held on February 5, 2021, with questions due by February 10. Interested parties must register to attend by January 22, providing travel details.

Applicable Forms: N/A Use/Relationship: This report enables the contractor to periodically report to the DoD Service/Agency their small business utilization achievements in awarding meaningful and innovative work to small businesses.
This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
This DID is applicable to all contracts or contract modifications that have subcontracting possibilities.
Requirements:
1. Reference documents. The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.
2. Format. Small Business Utilization Report shall be in contractor format or as specified in the contract, and include: (1) Name of the small business subcontractor(s), whether the subcontractor(s) is: 8(a). Also, briefly describe the subcontractor(s) efforts performed.
3. Content. The contractor shall report actual achievements relative to proposed small business utilization in performance of the contract (including subcontracting dollars/percentages), and the results of efforts to:
(1) Expand the pool of qualified small businesses through increased competition for acquisition of components, parts (includes hardware and software), and/or to perform sustainability or support services for {Insert title of acquisition}.
(2) Engage small businesses to serve as alternative sources in order to mitigate the risks of single point failures in the supply chain and increase the quality of supplies or services.
