About this file

The document is an MWBE Work Force Employment Utilization/Compliance Report from the New York State Department of Labor. It outlines the reporting requirements for contractors and subcontractors working on a state contract to provide information on the composition of their workforce by gender, race/ethnicity, disability, and veteran status. The report must be submitted quarterly during the life of the contract.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for Consulting Services for the New York State Department of Labor's Division of Labor Standards. The purpose is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the Division's programs and services. The consultant will assess the Division's organizational structure, staffing, training, and resource adequacy, and provide recommendations for improvement. The contract is a 6-month engagement, and there is no service-disabled veteran-owned set-aside. The minority-owned and women-owned subcontracting goals are 15% each, and the service-disabled veteran-owned business contracting goal is 6%. The due date for proposals is 11/30/2023 at 3:00 PM, and a pre-bid conference registration is due by 10/31/2023 at 3:00 PM ET.
