About this file
This document contains instructions for bidders submitting questions regarding RFP Z-90 for Consulting Services for Labor Standards Program, a contract opportunity issued by the New York State Department of Labor. The RFP seeks an experienced program evaluation consultant(s) to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the Department's Division of Labor Standards. The assessment will examine the Division's program processes, outputs, and outcomes, and provide recommendations for improving the Division's impact and long-term viability. Bidders must submit questions using the Attachment L Excel spreadsheet by the specified deadline, with the questions referencing the relevant RFP sections. The contract has a 6-month term and is not a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside, but does have Minority-Owned and Women-Owned subcontracting goals of 15% each, and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business contracting goal of 6%. There have been no identical or substantially similar procurement contracts awarded within the past five years.
The RFP is open to all New York State counties, with a specific focus on Albany County and Albany City. Bidders must register for the pre-bid conference by the specified deadline. The final proposals are due by 3:00 PM ET on 11/30/2023.
