About this file
This document contains an appendix listing building inventory details for over 100 facilities and an opportunity for facility preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services. The appendix provides information on each facility, including size, year built, construction materials, HVAC systems, lighting, and condition. The opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Air Force seeking preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services for facilities at the Army Field Support Battalion located at Charleston Air Force Base. Services are needed for facilities totaling over 1.3 million square feet, including administrative buildings, warehouses, vehicle maintenance shops, and other structures. The response deadline is not provided. Award is anticipated by January 2019 to support a one-year base period of performance with four one-year options.
