INSTRUCTIONS: Offerors are responsible for providing this questionnaire to customers referenced in the KSC Electrical BPA
Technical Experience Summary. Offerors shall request past customers to submit the completed questionnaires electronically via e-mail prior to XXXXXXXXDATE.

Questionnaires will not be accepted directly from offerors.

Customer, we are currently responding to a solicitation for the NASA Kennedy Space Center Electrical Construction Blanket Purchase
Agreement (BPA) procurement. A requirement of the solicitation is that past clients of ours be identified and asked to participate in the evaluation process.
