Soldier Virtual Trainer (SVT)
SVT will provide individual Weapon Skills Development (WSD) and enables Joint Fires training (JFT). The SVT is enabled by the Synthetic Training Environment (STE) and is a virtual immersive trainer that combines and integrates several individual Soldier training capabilities. The WSD provides immersive capability to meet individual/crew weapons training The JFT provides certification and qualification of Joint Fires Observers (JFO).

Games for Training (GFT) prepares Soldiers and Leaders for executing Unified Land Operations by delivering robust training and mission rehearsal capabilities. GFT provides an adaptable training environment supporting Company and below courseware on a suite of 53 networked computers.
GFT has fielded 113 suites to 74 sites, satisfying Active, National Guard, and Army Reserves' educational requirements in the Operational, Institutional, and Self-Development Training Domains with a low-overhead, flexible, persistent training capability on geo-specific and geo-typical terrain that is relevant with all military platforms and weapon systems.
This contract will address COTS software Procurement, Fielding, and Sustainment.

Objective
• Encompasses the requirements and acquisition approach for the networking efforts of the following projects:
• Test Network Modernization (TNM)
• ATEC Fiber Modernization (AFM)
• Future Wireless Network (FWN)

• TNM applies enterprise solutions to replace, modernize, and prot ect existing ATEC test network equipment to meet evolving cyber-security and increased bandwidth requirements.
• AFM provides 6 developmental test centers and 5 operational test locations with a revitalized fiber network infrastructure to complement the TNM project by providing greater data throughput, increased reliability and redundancy.
• FWN will complement the AFM project by leveraging existing and developmental wireless capabilities to the maximum extent possible to offer greater test coverage areas.
