Evaluation criteria total 100 points, with the completed application form accounting for 60 points maximum across five categories (Program Planning, Multilingual Readiness, Community and Staff Engagement, Seal of Biliteracy/Multiliteracy, and Sustainability) and the detailed budget with narrative accounting for 10 points maximum.
