About this file
This document is Addendum #1 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Public Employees' Benefit Board (PEBB) for comprehensive medical and pharmacy benefit services, solicited under OregonBuys Bid No. S-44300-00014758. The addendum modifies the original RFP by updating the proposal submission instructions, specifically detailing the registration process for interested proposers on both OregonBuys and ProposalTech websites. Proposers are required to register on these platforms, complete an online registration process, and obtain login credentials to access the RFP materials and submit their responses.
The addendum also indicates that Attachment V, Detailed Weight Component Information, has been added to the RFP and posted to OregonBuys as an attachment. The registration process involves visiting the OregonBuys website, registering if not already done, entering an email address on ProposalTech, confirming an account, and receiving an invitation email with login credentials. Proposers must complete these steps to enter questionnaire responses and submit required documents for the medical and pharmacy benefit services contract.
