About this file
This document is an Addendum (#2) to Request for Proposals (RFP 25-005) issued by the Salem Area Mass Transit District (Cherriots) for an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). The solicitation seeks to replace their end-of-life Fleet Enterprise Asset Maintenance Software system, with key requirements including bidirectional data integration with Tyler Munis ERP and other software platforms like FuelServe, Avail, ArcGIS, and Google spreadsheets. Critical deadlines include April 21st at 2:00 PM PST for clarification submissions and May 28th at 2:00 PM PST for proposal submissions, with all addenda to be issued through the Oregon Buys platform.
The pre-solicitation meeting, held via Teams on 4/14/2025, provided additional context about the procurement, emphasizing the need for comprehensive software integration and system replacement. Attendees included staff from Cherriots and potential vendors such as Apptricity and EAM Solutions. The procurement process requires all bidders to register on the OregonBuys platform, review all documentation carefully, and acknowledge all addenda to ensure proposal responsiveness. The document also clarifies a technical detail, confirming that Tyler Munis, not Tyler Technologies Enterprise ERP, is the specific software version used by the transit district.
