The addendum specifies that contractors will be evaluated on their experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, providing examples across multiple media platforms, demonstrating co-op marketing capabilities, and creating value-added opportunities. The selection committee will consider the agency's overall media experience, including print, digital, SEO/SEM, radio, television, newspaper, direct mail, outdoor, and specialty advertising. Contractors are expected to show their approach to integrating traditional advertising with social media and e-marketing within a comprehensive marketing strategy. The document emphasizes the importance of demonstrating adaptability to the rapidly changing marketing landscape.
