About this file

This document is Addendum 1 for RFQ-5-25-11, issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services for Advertising and Marketing Agency Services. The addendum, dated May 6, 2025, clarifies requirements for the proposal's Tab 8: Media Knowledge section and updates the proposal opening date to May 29, 2025 at 10:30 AM. The addendum provides revised evaluation criteria for media knowledge, requesting contractors to describe their experience with integrated marketing campaigns, provide examples across multiple mediums, list co-op marketing experience, and explain their approach to creating added value opportunities.

The selection committee will evaluate proposals based on comprehensive media experience across print, digital, radio, television, newspaper, direct mail, outdoor, and specialty advertising. Key assessment factors include examples of work in various media, experience developing co-op opportunities, creating value-added opportunities, and the agency's ability to integrate traditional advertising with social media and e-marketing. The addendum maintains that all other terms and conditions of the original Request for Qualifications remain unchanged, signaling that the core procurement requirements are consistent with the initial solicitation.
