About this file

This is an addendum to a bid solicitation issued by the State of New Hampshire, Division of Procurement and Support Services, for marine patrol cruiser upfitting services. The addendum modifies the original Bid Invitation 101-25 by extending the bid closing date from February 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM to March 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The project involves the supply and installation of specialized law enforcement equipment on six Ram 1500 SSV pickup trucks (two 2023 models and four 2024 models). Required equipment includes emergency lighting systems, Whelen control components, Havis console equipment, radio and radar systems, wiring, push bumpers, headache racks, and drawer systems. Vendors must follow OEM upfitter guidelines and provide comprehensive installation and testing services. The expected delivery and installation timeframe is 90 business days from contract award. Respondents must submit the updated Attachment 1 Offer Sheet dated 2.19.25 with their bids, which includes additional equipment specifications. All changes noted in the addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must accompany bid submissions.

Vendors must maintain $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate comprehensive general liability insurance. Out-of-state vendors are required to provide fully insured transportation between the Department of Safety facility in Concord, New Hampshire, and their location, with transportation costs quoted separately from upfitting costs. Payment terms are net 30 days via ACH. The contract will be non-exclusive, allowing the state to retain multiple contractors for similar services. No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are indicated. The purchasing agent is Dan Gillis, and additional information and complete bid documents are available through the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services purchasing website.
