About this file
This document is an Ordering Data Sheet for a radioactive source required by the Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command. The source is a nine nuclide gamma calibration source in the form of a 250 ml solid epoxy matrix, with nuclides including Cd-109, Co-57, Te-123m, Cr-51, Sn 113, Sr-85, Cs-137, Y-88, and Co-60. The total source activity shall be 3.0 microcuries (-15%, +0%) with activity uncertainty not exceeding 5% at the 99% confidence level. The vendor must ensure the source activity is not greater than the exempt quantity per 10 CFR 30. A Certificate of Calibration is required that is NIST traceable. The source is to be shipped to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF in Bremerton, WA. This Ordering Data Sheet is related to the federal contract opportunity identified as Solicitation Number N4523A-VL00 for a Radioactive Source.
