About this file

This is a Bid Schedule for a Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and erosion control project. The schedule contains 29 line items (Sub CLINs AA through BC) organized into three primary categories: mobilization, directional boring work, and erosion control materials and services.

The mobilization line items (AA and AB) cover equipment setup costs for bore rig and erosion control operations, with lump sum pricing for one mobilization per site. Conduit line items (AC through AE) specify purchase and delivery of 4" and 6" HDPE continuous length conduit in standard and extended lengths, priced by linear foot with per-site maximums of 500-1,000 linear feet. The directional bore work items (AF through AS) are differentiated by conduit size (4" or 6") and soil/rock type (clay, cobble, rock, and shale), with further distinctions between work under and over 500 linear feet, all priced by linear foot. Erosion control materials include three classes of rip rap (AT-AV), rip rap hauling measured in ton-miles from Malmstrom AFB Montana (AW), fill dirt and topsoil for site restoration (AX-AY), and erosion repair services in two categories based on cubic yard volume (AZ-BA). Additional items include straw wattle installation (BB) priced per each and bonding (BC) as a lump sum. All work must remain within specified per-site maximums for quantities and be completed according to government contract requirements.
