About this file
This document is Solicitation Addendum 5 for the State of Nebraska's NG 911 Data Analytics Reporting System (Solicitation Number 202591102), scheduled for opening on September 2, 2025, with an addendum effective date of August 21, 2025. The addendum provides a second set of questions and answers related to the solicitation, addressing key technical requirements for the 911 data analytics system. The document covers operational performance expectations, project requirements, system reporting, and data collection specifications, with responses clarifying details such as call volume statistics, logging service requirements, and data retention windows.
The addendum reveals statewide 911 call volumes of 1,012,225 in 2023 and 954,264 in 2024, and specifies technical requirements for the system. Key technical details include a 24-month online, queryable retention window for i3 LogEvents, confirmation that i3 functional elements will follow NENA STA-010.3 standards, and an expectation of strict conformance to NENA logging service and LogEvent schemas. The state indicates that no external systems beyond the ESInet/NGCS provider and their customer management portal will consume LogEvents, and users will be able to designate specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create custom reports.
