About this file
This document contains a total compensation plan summary template and instructions for a federal solicitation. The template is to be used by offerors to summarize their total compensation plans for the SMASS IV contract supporting NASA's Kennedy Space Center. It requests information on work hours, overtime policies, compensation and benefit escalation rates, turnover and retention data, paid time off policies, and fringe benefit summaries for exempt and non-exempt employee classifications. Supporting data sources should be identified. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for NASA KSC Safety and Mission Assurance Support Services IV. Requirements include system safety engineering, quality assurance, mission assurance, reliability, software assurance, range safety, assessment, and other services. The total small business set-aside has an NAICS code of 541330 and size standard of $41.5M. The anticipated RFP release is April 11th, 2022 with offers due around May 24th, 2022. The acquisition website provides technical documents and access to the center ombudsman.
