Draft Request for Proposal
GOVERNMENT PROVIDED SERVICES
PURPOSE: The following delineates the Government Provided Services (GPS) to be furnished by the Government. Since the GPS is to be provided on a no-charge-for-use basis, the Contractor shall make every effort to anticipate support requirements so the Government may affect orderly scheduling and requisitioning of services to be furnished hereunder.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Requests for specific support to be furnished by the Government in accordance with the clause entitled TBD and this Attachment shall be made by the Contractor to the NASA Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR). The completion of any forms needed to obtain the services required shall be accomplished by the Contractor.
2. Services shall be provided by the Government only within the confines of statutory, regulatory, and contractual limitations and as may be required for performance under this contract.
3. Any support not provided by the Government in this exhibit or elsewhere in the contract will be the responsibility of the Contractor.
4. The responsibilities of the Contractor are defined in the clause entitled TBD.

10.1 Propellant Services
1. The Government shall provide the OME propellant as specified in MPCV
70156, Cross Program Fluid Procurement and Use Control Specification, to the OME Contractor for use in testing the OME.
