About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and description of an aircraft operations support services solicitation. The past performance questionnaire is a template for references to provide feedback on a contractor's previous work. It requests information on the contract, contractor performance in areas like understanding requirements and staffing, and an overall performance rating. The related federal contract opportunity notice indicates the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center will issue a request for proposal for aircraft operations and maintenance services including aircraft maintenance, quality management, training, materials control, maintenance support, and flight-line operations. The support is needed at locations in Edwards, California and Palmdale, California. Potential offerors should monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for release of the RFP.
