About this file
This is an Attachment D - Price Proposal document for the Salt Lake City School District's (SLCSD) School Attendance Management System RFP (Solicitation #TB25626-AS). The document provides a structured pricing template for vendors to complete, covering a five-year contract period with sections for regular rates and optional rates. The pricing template includes line items for initial training costs, employee training, annual software costs, support/maintenance, implementation fees, hosting charges, and other non-optional costs.
The pricing evaluation methodology is clearly defined, with the lowest-priced proposal receiving the full allocation of 300 price points, and other vendors receiving a proportional percentage based on a specific calculation: (Lowest Total Cost / Proposed Total Cost) x 300. Vendors are strictly instructed to only enter costs in yellow-highlighted fields and are warned that altering the "Regular Rates" table or including inappropriate cost/pricing data may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. The ultimate goal of this procurement is to implement a system that reduces chronic absenteeism from 28% to 10% by 2029, with a focus on proactive family engagement and supportive interventions.

Pricing will be evaluated based on the following:

- All other vendor proposals will receive a percentage of the allocated points based on the following formula:
- (Lowest Total Cost / Proposed Total Cost) x 300 = Vendors awarded price points.
Example: $1,000,000 / $1,150,000 = (87%) 87% x 300 Points = 261 Points Awarded
