About this file

The document is a Business Proposal Attachment E for the State of Indiana's central reservations solution procurement, detailing comprehensive requirements for a competitive solicitation. The state is seeking a sophisticated reservation management system capable of handling multiple facility types including campgrounds, cabins, and shelters, with a bid due date of May 21, 2025. The system must support diverse operational functionalities such as retail sales transactions, inventory management, gift card programs, event management, venue and ticketing management, time-managed recreation item rentals, customer reward/loyalty programs, and self-service customer options.

The procurement appears to be an open solicitation without specific set-aside designations, targeting technology vendors with demonstrated capabilities in developing comprehensive reservation platforms. While the exact award value is not specified, the complexity and breadth of required functionality suggest a substantial technological investment. The proposal requires respondents to provide detailed company information, financial documentation, references, and evidence of business registration. Key submission requirements include three client references, proof of legal authorization to commit contractually, and documentation of engagement with Minority & Women's Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE) and Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business (IVOSB) potential subcontractors.
