About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire for a multiple award construction contract opportunity with the National Institutes of Health. Up to 16 indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for general construction services will be awarded, with up to 12 set aside for various small business categories. Work will include maintenance, repair, alterations and new construction at NIH facilities. The guaranteed minimum for each contract is $1,000. The total ceiling for all task orders is $2 billion over eight years. Offerors must submit responses for a past performance evaluation by March 14, 2019. References will be contacted to provide ratings on quality, schedule, management, regulatory compliance and an overall rating using defined criteria.
