About this file
This document includes an amendment to a solicitation and the related federal contract opportunity. The amendment modifies the solicitation for a Multiple Award Construction Contract for general construction services at the National Institutes of Health. Key changes include clarifying that past performance will only be considered for the prime offeror, revising the experience modification rating submittal requirements to include joint ventures and mentor-protege agreements, and increasing the page limit for the past performance volume. The federal contract opportunity notices a forthcoming solicitation for the MACC, describing the general construction scope, plans for up to 16 IDIQ contracts including 12 small business set-asides, a total program value not to exceed $2 billion over 8 years, and an anticipated solicitation release of February 11, 2019 with offers due March 14, 2019.
